Data roaming is useful because it allows you to stay connected while abroad. However, using mobile data abroad can sometimes result in additional charges. In some situations, it can therefore be a good idea to switch data roaming off. In the instructions below, we explain how to do this.

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to "Settings".
2. Tap "Mobile Service" or "Mobile Data".
3. If you use multiple SIM cards or eSIMs, select the number for which you want to disable data roaming.
4. Select "Mobile Data Options".
5. Switch off "Data Roaming".
6. Data roaming is now disabled for this SIM.
